Refund policy

Because every Gemini Code item is printed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel has stalled or been lost, let us know and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible; once an item is in production it can no longer be cancelled.
